MARIXCELA SUAREZ CO-FOUNDER & COO
Marixcela has 15 years of experience in Operations in various industries and countries. She has worked in Maersk Line, Copa Airlines, Amazon, Farfetch & Tearfil. Her experience includes implementing complex projects, strategic partnerships and processes at the business level; building and developing high-performance cross-functional teams; and building positive relationships with senior stakeholders. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (McGill University), Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance (USMA), Master of Science in International Management (IE Business School), MBA (Nova University & MIT) and an Executive Program in Change & Organizational Renewal (Stanford University).
MIGUEL ALMEIDA CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Miguel has 8 years of experience in real estate development, managing large complex projects and more than 5 years of experience in Private Equity and Corporate Finance. He has worked in Revive NV, Welz Platform, Strongeagle, Clearwater International. He holds a proven track-record of originating, procuring and managing complex, high-quality projects, from zoning change to sustainable planning and product definition, with a focus on the Portuguese market. He has developed an extensive network in the north of Portugal. Miguel holds a degree in Business Management (Universidade Católica Portuguesa) and a Master in International Management (IE Business School).
